Award Ceremony of the Second Edition of the International Student Ideas Competition UTOPIA, Announced by Itten+Brechbühl

UTOPIA - LESS was announced on February 29, 2024, by IB Atelier, the creative hub of Itten+Brechbühl, and endowed with a total prize money of 10'000 CHF. Due to the close collaboration with the Swiss Architecture Museum, the award ceremony takes place at S AM. A jury of active protagonists of the Swiss architecture scene evaluated the approximately 30 submissions. Besides participants from France, Luxembourg, and Norway, most project authors come from Switzerland and Germany. The awarded projects are on display at S AM during Architecture Week Basel. Andreas Ruby will open the ceremonial award ceremony and moderate a short panel discussion on the competition theme LESS as part of the musically accompanied program.
