The pilot project "GIRLS CITY" illustrates how teenagers perceive the city and which places they prefer or avoid. Their specific needs often go unnoticed in urban planning. The initiative of the drumrum Raumschule in cooperation with the network Frau+SIA Basel encourages girls to make their perspectives heard in urban development in order to enable a more inclusive and needs-based design of tomorrow's urban spaces.
