Miriam Noël Haidle

Miriam Noël Haidle

Miriam Noël Haidle is a palaeoanthropologist and prehistorian. Before completing her habilitation in Tübingen in 2006, she travelled to Cambodia several times as a lecturer and conducted research at Aarhus University from 2005 to 2007. Since 2008, she has been the scientific coordinator of the research centre ‘The Role of Culture in Early Expansion of Humans’ at the Heidelberg Academy of Sciences and Humanities in Frankfurt am Main and Tübingen. She researches and teaches on cognitive and cultural evolution in deep human history, the development of tool behaviour and human-environment relationships.
