Marcel Arndt is a freelance architect and co-founder of the architect and artist group rāumen. He studied at the Münster School of Architecture (2014 to 2019) and at the Kunstakademie Düsseldorf (2020 to 2023). He received a prize at the BDA Masters for his degree and has been a master student of Prof Thomas Kröger since 2022. In addition to academic activities as a tutor for Dipl.-Ing. Maximo Victoria (2016 – 2017) and Johannes Schilling (2017-2019), Marcel Arndt gained professional experience at raumlabor and Wolfgang Zeh. In 2022, he received the Germany Scholarship and has been part of the Mexican foundation Raíces con Causa for three years, which is planning a voluntary school project in an indigenous community in collaboration with rāumen.
